The Gilberts Farmers Market takes place ever Saturday from 7am -11am. The market is located in downtown Gilbert just west of the Gilbert water tower. There is ample parking so it will be easy to find and enjoy your Saturday morning browsing the market. Depending os the season you can expect between 60 up to 100 different vendors on site. Due to the heat the summer months tend to have fewer vendors, but during the cooler seasons the market consistently has 100 vendors or more. Gilbert Farmers market first started back in 2010 but has continued to grow year over year. The market founders are thankful and honored to support and be supported by both our vendors and weekly guests.
The market is filled with organic food producers and local small business owners highlighting their craftsmanship with the local community. Much of the food is organic locally produced. The mission of the farmers market is to promote and support a local and sustainable community. By meeting and gathering together on a weekly basis we engage in commerce, but we also build relationships within our community. A community is only as strong as the relationships that exist between neighbors. The Farmers market is a simple but impactful way to create and build upon the idea and concept of neighbor and caring for our community together.
The farmers market will have a wide variety of food trucks as well. Guests can expect to be able to purchase fresh produce, fruits, coffee, honey, seafoods, nuts mixes, authentic horchatas, kombucha's, marinades, bone broth's, seasoning, jerky, sweets, desserts, plants, rugs, hummus, fresh juices, breads, meats, jams, salsa, chocolate, cheeses, granola's, salts, pastas, olive oils, tamales, etc.
