The Emperor Estates community is located in Queen Creek Arizona, just east of Gilbert. Emperor estates is a fairly small community which resides north of Queen Creek Rd, east of Sossaman Road, west of Hawes Rd and South of Rittenhouse Rd.
The community was built between 2014 to 2018. The homes are typically large ranging in square feet from 2,000 up to nearly 4,000 square feet depending on the particular home. The neighborhood is part of an HOA which allows the neighborhood to be safe, clean, and maintain high property value. Something to keep in mind is that the HOA is $100 per month for each resident. Many of the homes have their own large back yard, but there is a well kept community park centrally located to all the houses. The park is called Remington Heights Park. The park can be sued by the local residents and has plenty of space for a picnic, bbq, and sports games like soccer or flag football. In addition the community has another location where there are two full court outdoor basketball hopes.
Schooling wise the neighborhood is part of the queen creek school district. Desert Mountain Elementary, Newell Barney Middle school, and Queen Creek High School represent the local community school that most of the kids in the area attend.
Emperor Estates is located next to other incredible communities.
